There are dozens of resorts in the Yasawas, with more being built all the time.
These range from local village home-stays, to budget dorms, through to high end luxury resorts. Take your time and browse our reviews of some of the available accommodation options – we’re sure you will find a place that ticks all the boxes for you.
These reviews are our personal opinions, using information we gather either from staying at a place, visiting, talking to people that have stayed, or a combination of those things. If we like something we say so. If there is something we don’t like, we tell you that as well (most places will inevitably have some drawbacks or bad points).
We don’t believe that you can get a totally accurate picture of a resort, simply by relying on their website or promotional material. It’s their job to sell rooms… which is why an unbiased review can be invaluable.
So come and explore some of the choices with Yasawa Islands accommodation.
Tavewa: There used to be three backpacker choices here. Coralview (still going), Davids Place (gone), and Otto and Fanny’s, which has been rebranded by the new owners as Coconut Beach. There is also a private home-stay on the far side of the island, which we know very little about.
Nacula: This island has five options for accommodation. There is the Blue Lagoon and Oarsman’s Bay resorts on the western (more sheltered) side. Then . near the southern tip is Nabua Lodge and Safe Landing. And finally, there is a village home-stay on the north east coast.
